Bokashi Fermentation Instructions

· Put a layer of bran in the bottom of the bin.
· Place 3-4 cm layer of food waste.
· Coating evenly with a layer of bokashi bran.
· Snap on the airtight lid.
· Repeat this layering process until the bin is full.
· Top up with generous layer of bokashi bran.
· Allow it to ferment for another 2 weeks.
· Frequently drain compost tea. Use it as liquid fertilizer in diluted by adding water ( 1 : 1000 ).
· After 2 weeks, just simply bury it 20-30 cm deep under ground. Cover with soil.
· Compost will be ready in 2-3 weeks time.
